Telehealth treatment is clear, direct access to a therapist when and where you need it. No traffic. No struggle to make appointments. Meeting your therapist in your own home, office or wherever you need to be seen creates a truly safe and comfortable environment for therapy.

In that comfortable environment, you and I will work together to explore your sources of distress and find the most healthy ways to leave behind whatever is holding you back and move forward. In an atmosphere of safety and comfort, I will provide a safe sounding board for your thoughts, fears and worries, while supporting you in recognizing your own strength. You can find empowerment, fight back and reclaim your life.

Telehealth is a secure and safe way to engage in treatment on your terms. I utilize a HIPAA compliant software system that enables you to engage in treatment wherever is most convenient for you.

Fee Structure:

• 15-minute consultation (phone): Free

• 50-minute individual session: $175

Fees For Current Clients:

Current and past clients have the right to request copies of their medical records. For information on fees associated with requesting your PHI (Protected Health Information) please click HERE.

Payments and Policies:

• I accept credit and debit card payments via the SquareUp system

• An invoice will be sent the day prior to your session, so you can pay before beginning the appointment

Insurance:

I have chosen to be an out-of-network provider so I can better care for my client’s and provide confidential care of the highest degree. By taking away the focus on insurance I am able to spend more quality time in our appointments and dedicate my energy to just focusing on you, your treatment and helping you meet your goals.

I am able to provide you with a superbill (receipt of treatment) that you can submit to your insurance provider. Many insurance plans will accept and reimburse a portion of what you have paid for treatment.

You may want to check with your insurance provider to see what percentage of out-of-network care they cover.
